Using Ceryn
By making an account or using Ceryn you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. You need to be at least 13 to have an account.
Your account
Keep your login private. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, including anything your staff or subusers do.
Plans and billing
The free Minecraft plan costs $0.00. Paid plans are not available for purchase yet. Any future paid billing terms will be shown before checkout.
The free plan
Free servers are subject to available capacity and acceptable-use limits. Do not create extra accounts to bypass free-plan limits.
Acceptable use
You have to follow the acceptable use policy. If you break it, we can suspend or remove your service without a refund.
Your files and backups
Your files stay yours. You let us store and run them so the service works. Please keep your own backups. We provide backup tools, but we can’t promise nothing will ever be lost.
Uptime
We try to keep everything running, but we don’t promise the service will always be available. Maintenance and outages happen.
Ending service
You can cancel any time from the client area. We can suspend or end your service if you break these terms or the acceptable use policy, or to deal with abuse or legal requests.
Liability
Ceryn is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for lost data, lost income or indirect damages. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous 3 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll post changes on this website. If you keep using Ceryn after a change, you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of [your state or country].
