What we collect

  • Account details: your email address, username and a hashed password.
  • Files, logs and settings you put on your server or bot.
  • Connection data, such as IP addresses and basic device information.
  • Payment details are handled by our payment processor. We don’t store full card numbers.

How we use it

To run and secure the service, give support, handle billing, stop abuse, and show ads on the free plan.

Ads

The free plan shows ads from third-party ad partners. They may use cookies or similar tools to choose and measure ads, and their own privacy policies apply to what they collect. Paid plans are not yet available.

Who we share data with

Our payment processor, ad partners, infrastructure providers, and authorities when the law requires it. We don’t sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in. Ad partners on the free plan may set their own.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is open. When you delete your account or service, we remove your server files within a reasonable time. We may keep billing records where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account, by emailing .

Children

Ceryn isn’t for children under 13. If we find out an account belongs to one, we’ll delete it.
