Free plan
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The free plan costs $0.00. No payment card is required.
What are the limits?
Minecraft includes 1 GB of RAM, 5 GB of storage, and up to 5 players. See the free plan page.
Do I need a card?
No.
Paid plans
When do paid plans open?
Paid plans are not available yet. We’ll post updates on the website.
How much will they cost?
The prices are on the plans page. Yearly billing will be 20% cheaper.
Can I upgrade without losing my server?
Yes. Upgrades are not available yet. We will publish details when paid plans launch.
Minecraft
What can I run?
Vanilla, Paper, Purpur, Fabric, Forge and Bedrock. You pick one when you create the server and you can change it later in the panel.
What about mods and modpacks?
Modded servers use more RAM than vanilla ones. The plan finder on the plans page leaves extra room when you tick the mods box.
Account and support
How do I create a Ceryn account?
Use the Create account page. Account sign-in is powered by Clerk.
How do I log in?
Use the Ceryn login page. Your Ceryn hosting panel login may be separate unless account linking has been configured.
Can my staff manage the server?
Yes. Add them as subusers and give them only the access they need.
